Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Asni 2025 Limited. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this site we collect:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number
• Project details you provide — project name, location, dates and scope of works
• Any drawings or documents you upload
• Technical information collected automatically, including IP address, browser type and pages visited

You do not have to give us this information, but without it we cannot price your project or respond to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and send you pricing and scope documents
• To contact you about your enquiry and any resulting work
• To meet our record-keeping, health and safety, and tax obligations
• To understand how the site is used and improve it

We do not send marketing email. We contact you about the enquiry you made and the work that follows from it, and nothing else. If that ever changes we will say so here first, and any marketing message will carry an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• HubSpot — our customer relationship management system, which receives and stores enquiry form submissions
• Google Analytics — anonymised statistics about how the site is used
• Vercel — our website hosting provider
• Our installation crew and any subcontractor engaged on your job — limited to the project details they need to price, plan and carry out the work. Never your contact details beyond the site contact, and never for any other purpose.
• Government agencies or others where we are required or permitted by law

Storage outside New Zealand

The providers above store and process information on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States. They do so on our behalf rather than for their own purposes. Before information goes to them we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they protect it with safeguards comparable overall to those in the Privacy Act 2020, which is the test Information Privacy Principle 12 sets. If you would rather not have your details stored in an overseas system, email or phone us instead of using the form and tell us, and we will keep the enquiry off it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for 7 years, which is the period our tax and company record-keeping obligations run for, and then delete it. Information Privacy Principle 9 says we must not keep personal information for longer than we need it for the purpose it was collected, so 7 years is a ceiling rather than a target: an enquiry that never becomes a job carries nothing worth keeping that long, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access and correction

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email quotes@carparkinsulation.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure how visitors use it, and cookies set by HubSpot to associate a form submission with a visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, contact us first at quotes@carparkinsulation.co.nz. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or 0800 803 909.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
