These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Asni 2025 Limited. Quotes and invoices for any work arising from this site are issued by that entity. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is general

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not a technical specification, a design, or advice for any particular building. Nothing on this site should be relied on in place of advice from your engineer, fire engineer, architect or specifier for your project.

Pricing and quotes

Any rate, range or indicative figure shown on this site is a general guide only. It is not an offer, and it is not capable of acceptance.

A binding price exists only in a written quote we issue to you that identifies your project, its scope and inclusions, and its validity period. Actual pricing depends on matters we cannot assess from this site, including the panel or insulation system specified, quantities, soffit condition and substrate, site access, programme, and site hours.

Where a quote is issued, its own terms apply to the work and take precedence over these terms.

Turnaround times

Where we state a turnaround for pricing, we mean the period in which we aim to respond to a complete enquiry — one that includes the drawings and project information we need. Incomplete enquiries take longer, and we will tell you what is missing.

Submitting drawings and project information

When you send us drawings or project documents you confirm you are entitled to share them with us for the purpose of obtaining a price. We use them only to price and, if engaged, deliver your project. We treat them as confidential and do not pass them to third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Project information shown on this site

Where we describe past projects, we describe work we have performed. Projects are described by building type rather than by client, and we do not name the principals or main contractors we have worked for.

Manufacturers and products named on this site

Where we name a manufacturer or product, we do so to describe systems we install. It does not indicate that the manufacturer endorses, accredits or is otherwise associated with us, unless we say so expressly. All trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Intellectual property

The content, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or, where it applies, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where you acquire our services for the purposes of a business, and you agree to these terms in that capacity, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of that Act. Where you are not acquiring our services for business purposes, your guarantees under that Act continue to apply in full.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the section above, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information on it. This does not limit our liability under a written quote or contract for work we perform.

We take reasonable care to keep this site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-party links and services

This site uses third-party services, including HubSpot for enquiry forms and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
